Shipping Date and Delivery Date Policy
All orders must be placed at least three business days prior to your desired delivery date. To ensure freshness, all of our perishable items cannot be delivered on Saturday, Sunday, Monday or holidays. Due to FedEx on-time guaranteed shipping restrictions around the holidays, our perishable items cannot be delivered on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving nor December 18th through December 26th.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back provided we are notified within three (3) business days following the delivery. All credit card refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within a further four (4) business days upon notification, and if required, evidence of the non-satisfactory merchandise.
Order Cancellation Policy
